Skywest Airlines have been in operation for nearly 50 years, currently flying to 14 destinations. Skywest operates flights across regional Western Australia as well as Darwin, Melbourne and Internationally to Denpasar, Bali. With a strong presence in the corporate charter, ‘Fly in Fly Out’ Mining Market and Regular Passenger Transit, we carry over 800,000 passengers annually, servicing business travellers, tourists and regional communities.
The fleet consists of Fokker 50 turboprops and Fokker 100 jet aircraft. Skywest recently acquired its first Airbus A320 which is fitted with 162 seats, bringing Skywest’s total fleet to 18 aircraft.
Skywest asked Vivid Group to deliver a Website that reflected the natural beauty of the destinations the airlines services for their consumer market combined with streamlined functionality to service their ever increasing corporate market for regional Western Australian destinations.
The result is a high impact Website that differentiates Skywest from other airlines whilst not compromising on usability. The online booking engine available front and centre on the homepage integrates seamlessly with Vadaleon.
The Website has been built from scratch to perform well within Search Engines whilst providing a vastly improved Information Architecture to service the businesses very distinct stakeholder groups.
All content is administrated from a .NET Content Management System, providing Skywest full autonomy over the Websites structure and content.
