Echo Entertainment is a new ASX listed company originating from Tabcorp that operates four hotel and casino complexes, Star City in Sydney, Jupiters Hotel & Casino on the Gold Coast, Treasury Casino & Hotel in Brisbane and Jupiters Townsville.
Vivid was engaged as Echo’s SharePoint development partner for the Group’s Internet and Extranet requirements.
The first website Vivid has delivered was the new Investor Relations Website for the Group, which also includes a secure Extranet for the businesses directors. Due to the quick pace of the demerger Vivid were required to deliver the new corporate website within only 8 weeks.
Using Vivid’s proprietary Forms Based Authentication module for SharePoint 2010, the Extranet is designed as a collaboration environment for directors. Vivid were able to deliver a very cost effective, quick and secure Extranet leveraging the collaboration tools of SharePoint.
In addition to the corporate website, Vivid were engaged to migrate the Star City, Jupiters and Tresury Casino Websites from a proprietary Content Management System to a single Enterprise Content Management System platform in SharePoint 2010.
Vivid Group is currently responsible for hosting this high profile Investor Relations Website and Secure Directors extranet.
